Почему в справочнике платежей в фонды старый справочник КБК и невозможно ввести 20-значный код?

В настройках платежей в фонды справочник КБК не старый, просто этот справочник состоит из четырех наборов кодов: Прямые получатели, КБК, Программа доходов и КОСГУ (в совокупности они и составляют 20 знаков).В бюджетной версии эти коды заполняются через системные справочники, а в хозрасчетной И УСН используется системный только справочник КБК, остальные надо заполнить вручн
